The " Hong Kong Solid State Lighting Industry Technical Workshop - Latest Update on LED Lighting Standards, Testing & Certification " jointly organized by Hong Kong Electronic Industries Association (HKEIA), Hong Kong Electronics & Technology Association (HKETA) and Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) was successfully held on 19 December 2011 in the Lecture Theatre, Hong Kong Productivity Council Building. The seminar was an event of a 18-month project, which aims to establish a strategic roadmap for the future developments of solid state lighting industry (commonly referred as LED lighting industry) in Hong Kong, supported by the SME Development Fund of Hong Kong Trade and Industry Department (HKTID).
